SITRANS LVL200 is a standard fork liquid level switch that is suitable for all liquid and slurry environments, meeting SIL-2 requirements. Its advantages include the fork liquid level switch technology for liquid measurement, a 40mm insertion length, monitoring for corrosion, vibration loss or crystal drive line breakage, and application in high level and idling. Its main applications are for liquid and slurry liquid level measurement, overflow monitoring and idling protection.
The SITRANS LVL200 is a compact point‑type level switch designed for liquid and slurry applications in harsh environments, meeting SIL2 requirements. It detects level by monitoring the frequency change of a vibrating crystal when the sensor is covered by the process medium.
The manual covers advantages, application fields, installation guidelines, electrical and process connections, certification information, and detailed technical specifications such as switching delay, operating frequency, voltage ratings, temperature range, and material construction.
