ATmega8535L/ATmega8535 is an 8-bit AVR® microcontroller from Atmel with 8KB of in-system programmable Flash, 512 bytes of EEPROM and 512 bytes of internal SRAM. ATmega8535L/ATmega8535 has 32 general purpose working registers, two 8-bit timers/counters, one 16-bit timer/counter, a 4-channel PWM, 8-channel 10-bit ADC, two programmable serial USARTs, a SPI serial interface, a watchdog timer with independent internal oscillator and an internal analog comparator.
