The product integrates ARM7TDMI® ARM® Thumb® processor with high-performance 32-bit RISC architecture and high-density 16-bit instruction set. It also includes 64K bytes of on-chip high-speed Flash memory and 16K bytes of on-chip high-speed SRAM. In addition, the product has multiple functional modules such as memory controller, reset controller, clock generator, power management controller, and interrupt controller.
