The LTC2609/LTC2619/LTC2629 are quad 16-, 14- and 12-bit, 2.7V-to-5.5V rail-to-rail voltage output DACs in a 16-lead SSOP package. They have built-in high perfor- mance output buffers and are guaranteed monotonic. These parts establish new board-density benchmarks for 16- and 14-bit DACs and advance performance standards for output drive and load regulation in single-supply, voltage-output DACs.
The LTC2609, LTC2619, and LTC2629 are quad voltage‑output DACs available in 12‑, 14‑ and 16‑bit resolutions. They operate from a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, provide rail‑to‑rail output, and include built‑in high‑performance buffers. The devices support both standard‑mode (100 kHz) and fast‑mode (400 kHz) I²C interfaces and offer 27 selectable I²C addresses.
The datasheet lists absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, typical performance graphs, and package dimensions for the 16‑lead SSOP form factor. It also includes a typical application schematic showing how the DACs can be used with a reference voltage and an ADC for performance verification.
