Check that the TV is turned on, the power cord is properly plugged in, and the correct input source is selected. Also verify that the audio cable is connected and the volume is not muted.
Turn off the TV and unplug it, then use a soft, lint‑free cloth slightly dampened with water and a mild fabric softener. Do not use wet cloths, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
Make sure there is no obstruction between the remote and the sensor, check that the batteries are installed with the correct polarity, and verify that the TV is in the proper input mode.
Set the TV to standby mode, lower the screen brightness, and enable any power‑saving settings in the menu.
