ZigBee1080 wireless data acquisition card hardware user manual, introduces module function introduction, module structure and wiring terminals, module performance indicators, module use precautions and other contents.
The ZigBee1080 module creates simple ZigBee networks and can operate in API (default) or AT mode. It supports server‑only network topology, can be configured as a router, and offers an enhanced version (ZigBee1080+) with up to 1600 m line‑of‑sight range.
The hardware includes power (VCC +10‑30 V DC) and ground terminals, multiple LED indicators for power, network receive/send, connection status, and signal strength, as well as an RS232 interface for configuration. Key performance figures are a 100 m (standard) or 1600 m (enhanced) transmission distance, 115200 bps default baud rate, and 0.38 W power consumption at 24 V DC. Usage notes cover PAN ID settings, packet size limits, and a maximum of six routing hops (up to 600 m total). This manual is written in Chinese.
| Transmission distance | 100 m (ZigBee1080) / 1600 m (ZigBee1080+) |
|---|---|
| Power supply voltage | +10 V to +30 V DC |
| Serial baud rate | 115200 bits/s (default) |
| Power consumption | 0.38 W at 24 V DC |
The module supports up to six routing hops, allowing the network range to be extended to about 600 m.
