Comparison of SYSMEX XT1800i automatic classification and manual classification in immature granulocyte alerts

This study compared the differences between SYSMEX XT1800i automatic classification and manual classification in immature granulocyte alerts. The results showed that the SYSMEX XT1800i automatic classification had a good correlation with the manual classification, but there were still some differences.
