A humanized Fc-glycosylated II type anti-CD20 antibody
The invention relates to antigen binding molecules (ABMs). In a specific embodiment, the invention relates to recombinant monoclonal antibodies comprising chimeric, primatized or humanized antibodies specific for human CD20. Furthermore, the invention relates to nucleic acid molecules encoding these ABMs, and vectors and host cells comprising these nucleic acid molecules. The invention also relates to methods for producing the invention's ABMs, and methods for using these ABMs to treat diseases. Furthermore, the invention relates to ABMs with modified glycosylation, which ABMs have improved therapeutic properties, including antibodies with increased Fc receptor binding and increased effector function.
