CM Seplife BB is a new highly crosslinked agarose chromatography medium developed by Lanxiao Technology. It is a weak cation exchange chromatography medium formed by the coupling of carboxymethyl to agarose gel filtration chromatography medium. It has high flow rate, low back pressure, high dynamic capacity, good chemical stability and mechanical properties, low non-specific adsorption, high recovery rate, convenient for large-scale expansion, can shorten production time and improve production efficiency.
