This manual provides operating instructions for the Sunresin Phenyl Large Scale hydrophobic chromatography medium, covering column loading, equilibration…
The Sunresin Phenyl Large Scale chromatography medium is a novel hydrophobic chromatography medium developed by Sunresin. It is formed by coupling phenyl groups to high-flow agarose gel filtration chromatography media. This medium utilizes the varying strengths of interactions between hydrophobic groups on biomolecule surfaces and hydrophobic groups on the chromatography medium to separate biomolecules. It features strong hydrophobicity, high loading capacity, and fast flow rates, making it widely applicable for the purification and separation of large biomolecules in biopharmaceuticals and bioengineering downstream processes. This manual is written in Chinese.
