In the “Driver” folder in your install path (C:\Program files\STMicroelectronics\DfuSe).
Run the DFU File Manager, select ‘I want to GENERATE a DFU file from S19, HEX or BIN files’, set target ID, fill VID/PID/version, and click ‘Generate’.
