Vishay Siliconix SiC431/437/438 Reference Board User's Manual

SiC431, SiC437, SiC438 is a family of synchronous buck regulators from Vishay Siliconix that use integrated high side and low side power MOSFETs. They can supply up to 24A continuous current at 1MHz switching frequency and output adjustable voltage down to 0.6V from 3V to 24V input rail. These regulators can be used in a variety of applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial.
