About this manual

The STM32F101xC/D/E series are high‑performance 32‑bit ARM Cortex‑M3 microcontrollers with flash memory ranging from 256 KB to 512 KB and 48 KB SRAM. They integrate a rich set of peripherals including up to five USARTs, three SPI interfaces, two I²C buses, a 12‑bit ADC, a 12‑bit DAC, and a 12‑channel DMA controller.

The devices support three low‑power modes (sleep, stop, and standby) and operate from a 2.0 V to 3.6 V supply over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Available in LQFP64, LQFP100 and LQFP144 packages, they are suitable for a wide range of applications such as industrial control, consumer electronics, and embedded systems. This manual is written in Chinese.
