ADM1063-EP is a multisupply supervisor/sequencer with ADC and temperature monitoring. It provides a complete supervisory and sequencing solution for up to 10 supplies and operates in an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. ADM1063-EP features 10 supply fault detectors that enable supervision of all voltages at 25°C with <0.5% accuracy and <1.0% accuracy across all voltages and temperatures. It also has 5 selectable input attenuators that allow supervision of VH supplies up to 14.4 V and VP1 to VP4 (VPx) supplies up to 6 V. ADM1063-EP includes 5 dual-function inputs (VX1 to VX5) and a general-purpose logic input. It also has 10 programmable driver outputs (PDO1 to PDO10) that can be open-collector with external pull-up or push/pull output driven to VDDCAP or VPx with weak pull-up to VDDCAP or VPx.
The ADM1063-EP is a configurable supervisory/sequencing device that offers a single-chip solution for supply monitoring and sequencing in multiple supply systems. It integrates a 12-bit ADC for readback of supervised voltages and includes up to 10 programmable inputs for monitoring under voltage, over voltage, or out-of-window faults. The device also provides 10 programmable outputs that can be used as logic enables or to drive N-FET gates.
