About this manual

The ADuM120N/ADuM121N are dual-channel digital isolators utilizing Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. These devices integrate high-speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) with single-chip air-core transformer technology to provide superior performance characteristics compared to optocouplers and other integrated couplers. They feature a maximum propagation delay of 13 ns at 5 V operation and pulse width distortion less than 3 ns.

These devices operate from 1.8 V to 5 V supply voltages, making them compatible with low-voltage systems while enabling level shifting across the isolation barrier. Unlike optocouplers, they ensure no DC offset during input logic transitions. The isolators offer two distinct fail-safe options and are available in an 8-lead SOIC package compliant with RoHS standards. This manual is written in Chinese.
