The document describes the LZ2323H5 (color) and LZ2324HJ (black-and-white) models, which are 1/3-type solid-state image sensors consisting of PN photodiodes and charge-coupled devices. These sensors provide stable high-resolution images with approximately 320,000 pixels (542 horizontal x 582 vertical).

The sensor is a 1/3-type device with a diagonal size of 6.0 mm.
The ambient operating temperature must not exceed +70 °C.
The exit pupil position of the lens must be more than 25 mm for the LZ2323H5 or 20 mm for the LZ2324HJ from the top surface of the CCD.
