SHARP LZ2325A/LZ2326AR CCD Area Sensor Datasheet

LZ2325A/LZ2326AR are 1/3-type (6.0 mm) solid-state image sensors that consist of PN photo-diodes and CCDs (charge-coupled devices) driven by dual-power-supply. With approximately 320 000 pixels (542 horizontal x 582 vertical), the sensor provides a stable high-resolution color (LZ2325A)/ B/W (LZ2326AR) normal or mirror image.

About this manual

This document describes the LZ2325A and LZ2326AR, which are 1/3-type (6.0 mm) solid-state image sensors consisting of PN photodiodes and CCDs driven by a dual power supply. The sensors offer approximately 320,000 pixels with a stable high-resolution color output for the LZ2325A or B&W normal/mirror image output for the LZ2326AR.
