About this manual

The STBB1XX is a fixed frequency, high efficiency buck-boost DC-DC converter designed for applications requiring input voltages higher than, equal to, or lower than the output voltage. It is suitable for single lithium-ion, multicell alkaline, or NiMH battery-powered devices such as SD/MMC memory card supplies, palmtop computers, cell phones, and digital cameras. The device integrates low-Rds(on) N-channel and P-channel MOSFET switches to achieve typical efficiencies greater than 94%.
