LNBH23L is an LNB supply and control IC with step-up and I²C interface. It features a built-in DC-DC converter for single 12V supply operation and high efficiency (typical 93% @ 0.5A). The output current limit can be selected by an external resistor. It is compliant with main satellite receivers output voltage specification. The auxiliary modulation input facilitates DiSEqC™ 1.X encoding. It has an accurate built-in 22kHz tone generator that suits widely accepted standards. It also has a low-drop post regulator and high efficiency step-up PWM with integrated power NMOS to allow low power losses. It has overload and over-temperature internal protections with I²C diagnostic bits. It also has LNB short circuit dynamic protection. The output power pins are ±4kV ESD tolerant.
