The L6933H1.2 is a high-performance 2A ULDO linear regulator with soft start features. It operates from 2V to 14V input voltage range and has a maximum rDS(on) of 200mΩ. The quiescent current is 200µA at any load. The regulator provides excellent load and line regulation, and is adjustable from 1.2V to 5V with a voltage regulation accuracy of 1%. It also features a power good output, support for MLCC capacitors filter, adjustable soft start, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. The L6933H1.2 is suitable for applications such as motherboards, mobile PCs, handheld instruments, PCMCIA cards, processors I/O, and chipset and RAM supply.
