LD39300 is a fast ultra low drop linear regulator from ST company. It works from 2.5V to 6V input supply and offers a wide range of output options. The device has 3A maximum output current, 200mV typical dropout voltage, 1.2mA typical static current, logic controlled electronic shutdown function, current and thermal limit, ±1.5% output voltage tolerance, -40 to 125°C temperature range. LD39300 is suitable for microprocessor power supply, DSPs power supply, post regulators for switching suppliers and high efficiency linear regulator etc.
