About this manual

The STM690, STM704, STM795, STM802, STM804, STM805, and STM806 are self-contained 3V supervisor devices designed to provide microprocessor supervisory functions. They monitor the supply voltage (VCC) for out-of-tolerance conditions and can force a reset output low or high to protect the system. These devices are available in standard 8-pin SOIC or space-saving 8-pin TSSOP packages.
