ST1L02xx is a low dropout linear voltage regulator from ST company. The output voltage can be selected from 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The output current can reach up to 1A. The quiescent current is very low, not more than 650uA over the entire operating temperature range. It also has thermal shutdown protection and over current protection.
