ST L6997S handbook

The L6997S is a step-down controller for low voltage operations. It is able to regulate an output voltage as low as 0.6V with an input voltage range of 1V to 35V. The device features constant on time topology, very fast load transients, 0.6V, ±1% reference voltage, selectable sinking mode, lossless current limit, remote sensing, OVP, UVP latched protections, 600µA typical quiescent current, power good and OVP signals, and pulse skipping at light loads.
