ST STP04CM05 handbook

The STP04CM05 is a 4-bit constant current power-LED sink driver with adjustable output current through one external resistor. It can be driven by a 3.3V microcontroller and features 4 constant current output channels with an output current range of 80-400mA. The driver has a 20V output driving capability and supports a 30MHz clock frequency. It also includes UVLO and POR protection, as well as TSD and thermal shutdown functions. The STP04CM05 is suitable for high brightness displays and special lighting applications.
