About this manual

The STG5678 is a high-speed CMOS low voltage dual analog SPDT (single pole dual throw) switch or 2:1 multiplexer/de-multiplexer fabricated in silicon gate CMOS technology. It is designed to operate from a single supply voltage of 1.65 to 4.5 V and is capable of handling signals with negative voltages down to Vcc - 5.5 V without distortion.

Key features include ultra-low power dissipation, low ON resistance, and fast switching speed. The device incorporates protection circuits against static discharge, providing ESD immunity and transient excess voltage protection. It is available in a flip-chip 12 package.
