The STG4158 is a low-voltage single analog SPDT switch from STMicroelectronics with 0.6 Ω typical low on-resistance, 1.65-4.5V wide operating voltage range, 300mA latch-up performance and 15kV ESD protection
The STG4158 is a high-speed CMOS low-voltage single analog SPDT switch or 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer fabricated in silicon gate CMOS technology. Designed to operate from 1.65 to 4.5 V, it is ideal for portable applications and offers low ON-resistance of 0.6 Q typical at 4.5 V.
The device features power-off and overvoltage protection, enabling isolation during voltage fault events. It includes 8 kV contact discharge and 15 kV air discharge ESD protection on the D pin, and 3 kV human body model protection on all other pins. The SEL input has an integrated weak pull-down resistor to prevent the signal from floating.
