The M24M01 is a 1 Mb I2C-compatible EEPROM organized as 128 K x 8 bits. The M24M01-R operates with a supply voltage from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, while the M24M01-DF operates from 1.7 V to 5.5 V. Both models function over an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
The M24M01-D variant offers an additional Identification Page (256 bytes) that can be permanently locked in Read-only mode to store sensitive application parameters. The device supports Random and sequential Read modes and includes Write protect for the whole memory array.
