It can be powered by AC or DC power supply, the charging current range is 0.1-5.0A, it supports automatic charging mode, and it supports custom peak detection sensitivity or “threshold” and three kinds of trickle charge current.
The DuraTrax Piranha Digital Peak Charger is designed for charging nickel-cadmium (NiCd) and nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) rechargeable batteries containing from 1 to 8 cells. It features adjustable fast charge current, peak detection sensitivity, and trickle charge rates, along with a custom 2-line LCD for displaying battery and charge data.
