Top Flite Models is not liable for any damage resulting from the user's assembly and use of the product. By using the user-assembled product, the user accepts all liability. If the buyer is not willing to accept the liability, it is advised to return the kit immediately. To make a warranty claim, the defective part or item should be sent to Hobby Services along with a letter stating the problem and a photocopy of the purchase receipt. Top Flite Models reserves the right to change or modify the warranty without notice.
