TS274 series low power quad operational amplifiers
The TS27M4 series are low cost, low power quad operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These devices utilize the SGS-THOMSON silicon gate CMOS process to achieve an excellent consumption-speed ratio, making them ideal for low consumption applications.
Three power consumption levels are available within the series: TS27L4 (very low power), TS27M4 (low power), and TS274 (high speed). The amplifiers offer very high input impedance, extremely low input currents with minimal drift versus temperature, and an output voltage that can swing to ground.
