TS27M2 is a low power dual operational amplifier from ST company. It offers very high input impedance and extremely low input currents. It is ideal for low power applications. Three power consumptions are available: 10µA/amp, 150µA/amp and 1mA/amp, to always have the best consumption-speed ratio.
This document describes the TS27M2C, I, and M series of precision low-power CMOS dual operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These devices utilize the ST silicon gate CMOS process to achieve an excellent consumption-speed ratio, making them ideal for low-consumption applications.
| Supply Current (per amplifier) | 150 pA typical at 25°C, no load |
|---|---|
| Input Offset Voltage (Typical) | 6.5 mV for TS27M2C |
| Supply Voltage Range | 3 to 16 V |
The supply current per amplifier is typically 150 pA at 25°C with no load.
The series offers three options: +70°C to -40°C/+125°C and -55°C to +125°C.
