About this manual

The document describes the TS27M2C, I, M series of precision low power CMOS dual operational amplifiers designed for single or dual supply operation. These devices utilize ST silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve an excellent consumption-speed ratio, making them ideal for low power applications.

Three power consumption variants are available: TS27L2 (very low power at 10pA/amp), TS27M2 (low power at 150uA/amp), and TS272 (standard at 1mA/amp). The amplifiers offer very high input impedance, extremely low input currents with minimal temperature drift, and stable offset voltage. They are available in DIP, SO, and TSSOP packages.
