This document describes the design of a dimmable white LED power supply using VIPer53. VIPer53 is the first multichip device of the VIPer family, with very low Rdson, capable of delivering a power of 35W in a standard DIP-8 package without a heatsink. The power supply features a wide output voltage range and dimming capability.
