USB08XXC is a diode from ON Semiconductor that is suitable for protecting TTL, CMOS DRAM, SRAM, HCMOS, HSIC microprocessors, UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS (USB) and I/O transceivers. It has ultra low capacitance and leakage rate, which can provide board level static electricity protection and prevent other voltage surges from damaging or disturbing sensitive circuits.
This document describes the USBO8XXC series of Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) arrays, packaged in an SO-8 configuration. These devices are designed to protect sensitive circuitry, including USB transceivers and microprocessors, from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFT). The arrays provide protection for up to two bidirectional data lines.
