About this manual

The FAN3111 is a single 1A high-speed, low-side gate driver designed to drive N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in low-side switching applications. It is available in two input configurations: the FAN3111C features dual CMOS inputs allowing non-inverting or inverting operation with an enable function, while the FAN3111E offers a single non-inverting, low-voltage input plus a DC input for an external reference voltage.
