MICREL MIC10937 V. F. Alphanumeric Display Controller handbook

The MIC10937 is a MOS/LSI general purpose display controller designed to drive segmented displays with 14 or 16 segments. It supports displays with up to 16 characters and provides internal ASCII character set decoding. The MIC10937 can directly drive displays that operate on 20mA of drive current up to 50V and is compatible with vacuum fluorescent or LED displays.
