About this manual

The MIC2003 and MIC2013 are high-side current limiting devices designed for power distribution in PCs, PDAs, printers, and peripheral devices. They offer thermal protection to shut down if internal temperatures reach unsafe levels and include under-voltage lock-out functionality.

A unique feature of the MIC2013 is Kickstart™, which allows momentary high current surges to pass unrestricted without compromising overall system safety. Both devices are available in space-saving 6-pin SOT-23 and 2mm x 2mm MLF packages.
