About this manual

The AD9901 is a digital phase/frequency discriminator capable of directly comparing phase/frequency inputs up to 200 MHz. It features a linear detection range free of indeterminate phase detection zones common to other digital designs.

The device can be configured for TTL, CMOS, or ECL logic levels using a single +5 V supply (TTL/CMOS) or a -5.2 V supply (ECL). Open-collector outputs allow the output swing to match post-filtering input requirements.
