The ADE7762 is a polyphase energy metering IC with features such as phase sequence error detection, direct drive for electromechanical counters and stepper motors, and phase drop indication. It is compatible with 3-phase, 3-wire delta and 3-phase, 4-wire Wye configurations, and supports 50 Hz / 60 Hz IEC 62053-21 standard. The IC provides high accuracy with less than 0.1% error over a dynamic range of 500 to 1. It supplies average active power and instantaneous active power outputs, and also includes calibration and power supply monitoring functions.
