FLIR T420bx & T440bx are high-performance infrared cameras with on-board visual camera, thermal fusion, touch screen, Wi-Fi connectivity, and interchangeable lens. They offer superior thermal imaging with sharp resolution at 76,800 pixels, allowing for accurate measurements from a distance. The new MSX™ Enhancement feature adds visible spectrum definition to IR images in real time, highlighting and orienting problem locations (T440bx only). The Field of View (FOV) Match option automatically matches the visible camera field of view to the IR FOV for better documentation. The compass feature adds camera pointing direction to every image for additional location documentation (T440bx only). The cameras support Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing for quick sharing of images and critical information to smartphones and tablets using the FLIR Tools Mobile app. They provide accurate temperature measurements calibrated within ±2°C or ±2% of reading. The temperature range goes up to 1202°F (650°C) and is suitable for insulation, HVAC, and building applications (T440bx model). The cameras also offer scalable picture-in-picture and thermal fusion, blending thermal and visible light images on-screen. They include humidity, dew point, and insulation alarms to alert the user when moisture is detected.
