This document describes the features and characteristics of the MITSUBISHI THYRISTOR MODULES TM55RZ/EZ-24,-2H high voltage medium power insulated type produced in February 1999, as well as its applications in DC motor control, NC equipment, AC motor control, contactless switches, electric furnace temperature control, and light dimmers.
