PM100RSE060 is a 3φ 100A, 600V IGBT module produced by MITSUBISHI. It adopts the 4th generation planar IGBT chip, which improves the performance. The module has soft reverse recovery characteristics and integrated gate drive and protection logic, and can be used for 11kW class inverter applications.
