The recommended interval is 10 to 30 degrees Celsius, with a maximum limit of 80 degrees Celsius.
The recommended flow rate is 0.1 to 1.25 ml/min for 7.8 mm diameter columns and 0.1 to 0.4 ml/min for 4.6 mm diameter columns.
The maximum operating pressure is 240 bar.
