LMX2330A/LMX2331A/LMX2332A PLLatinum™ Dual Frequency Synthesizer for RF Personal Communications
The LMX233xA family consists of monolithic, integrated dual frequency synthesizers fabricated using National's ABiC IV silicon BiCMOS process. These devices are intended to serve as local oscillators for the RF and first IF stages of dual conversion transceivers. The family includes three models: the LMX2330A, LMX2331A, and LMX2332A, each offering different operating frequency ranges for RF applications while maintaining a common 510 MHz IF range.
