M-Audio warranty policy
This document serves as the Limited Warranty and Battery Replacement Policy for M-Audio products. It specifies that the warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in design, materials, and workmanship for one year on parts and ninety days on labor, excluding the battery which has a 90-day coverage for both parts and labor. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
The MicroTrack battery carries a 90-day warranty for parts and labor from the date of purchase.
The limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the M-Audio product from M-Audio or its authorized resellers.
The cost for battery replacement inside the United States is $75, which includes the replacement and return shipping.
