The Agilent 1260 Infinity Bio-inert LC is a fully bio-inert liquid chromatography system designed for bio-molecule analysis. The entire flow path of the system is bio-logically inert, minimizing secondary interaction of proteins and peptides with metallic surfaces. It offers true UHPLC performance, capable of handling high pressures up to 600 bar and compatible with SEC and IEX columns with particle sizes down to 1.7 µm. Additionally, it provides 10 times higher detection sensitivity, allowing for analysis of minor components in complex mixtures with smaller sample amounts.
