About this manual

The Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Catalog CGH Microarrays contain four times more empirically validated probes for detecting copy number variation than the corresponding legacy SurePrint HD arrays. These microarrays utilize the industry's highest fidelity long-mer probes to provide the most accurate detection of copy number measurements. The platform includes flexible multi-pack formats suitable for most sample types, including FFPE, and uses the robust DNA Analytics analysis tool.

The catalog arrays (1x1M, 2x400K, 4x180K, and 8x60K) are designed from a database of over 28 million distinct oligonucleotide probes. They offer increased resolution to map copy number aberration breakpoints and identify smaller gains and losses while maintaining compatibility with standard hybridization gaskets and chambers. Results are analyzed using Agilent CytoGenomics or DNA Analytics.
