EL2150C�EL2157C is a 125MHz single supply�clamping op amps, which has the following features: 1) voltage range is 3V�a5V�or g5V; 2) low power consumption (0mA); 3) output voltage clamp; 4) large input common mode range (0V~Vs-1.2V); 5) output swing can reach ground; 6) low input offset voltage (2mV); 7) high open loop gain (80dB); 8) low supply current (5mA); 9) high slew rate (275V/µs); 10) high output current (g100mA); 11) differential gain accuracy is 0.05% and differential phase accuracy is 0.05°.
