Agilent Technologies G2647-90001 Instructions PM for FPD

This document is about the PM maintenance instructions for Agilent Technologies, Inc.'s FPD Flame Photometric Detector. During the maintenance, the optics will be dismantled, the emission chamber, igniter, and seals will be replaced, and the inert transfer line may also be replaced. The procedure requires attention to detail and time. It is recommended to run a benchmark checkout test before and after the maintenance. After reassembly, a 15-minute bake-out at 250°C is recommended. The detector output takes about 1 hour to stabilize after the bake-out. There are two PM kits available for single FPD and dual FPD. For applications with halogenated solvents, the corresponding kit is recommended.
